Summary
Keeps every document in order — sorts, names, versions and finds anything in seconds. Comes with the tool Arkivet: your company's collected memory, searchable in plain language.
What Doris does
Keeps order for you
New files get read, given a name that makes sense, and placed on the right shelf. Duplicates and ”copy (3)” become one document with version history. She suggests, you approve.
Writes documents with you
Policy, report, letter or quote — Doris drafts it, and you change it either by saying what you want (”more formal”, ”cut it to one page”) or by editing the text yourself. Every change becomes a version.
Your visual identity on everything
Logo, colours and fonts are stored. When they are in place, everything you create looks like you from the first draft, and downloads as a finished PDF or Word file.
Reaches into your old folders
Google Drive, OneDrive/SharePoint and Dropbox can be connected, so she can reach the history already sitting there and file it properly.
Experience
- 01Has read your entire hard drive. Voluntarily.
- 02Finds the 2019 contract before you finish spelling it.
- 03Keeps track of versions so nobody has to name a file ”final_v4_real”.
- 04Answers ”where is that file?” without sighing.

The office document department
The Archive is the room Doris works in, and what you get when you hire her. The conversation sits in the middle — the document opens beside it, so you look at the same thing at once. The room is shared: when another colleague brings you here to write something, you are still talking to that colleague while Doris keeps order in the background.
What's in the tool
- The shelves: sorted by type, by colleague, by counterpart and by year
- A cover sheet on every document: what it is, who it concerns, key dates, versions
- Drop in one file or fifty — including old messy folders
- Search by conversation: ”list everything Anna wrote this year”
- Visual identity: logo, colours, fonts and reference files
- Download as a designed PDF or Word file
Used to clicking through folders and naming files yourself? Not needed here. You write or say what you're after — the buttons are still there for those who want them, but they're shortcuts, not the requirement.
This is what asking Doris sounds like
- ”Where is the laptop loan agreement?”
- ”Here are forty old files — sort them out.”
- ”Help me write a work-from-home policy.”
- ”Which documents concern Bygg AB?”
