Drop in a contract, as a file or pasted text. You get what it actually means, what's risky or unusually one-sided, what's good — and ready-made wording to send back to the other party.
Writes contracts
Writes your contracts from scratch, in line with current Swedish law: consultancy agreements, employment contracts, NDAs, partnership agreements, terms and conditions, data processing agreements or demand letters for unpaid invoices. She asks a few simple questions, one at a time, then writes. You change it in plain language: ”make the notice period three months”.
Watches the key dates
From every saved contract she pulls notice periods, renewal windows and end dates into one list — so nothing renews by accident.
