    Summary

Mike is the office mechanic — he customises your apps so they look and work the way you want. Every change is previewed before it is published, every version is saved, and everything can be rolled back. Mike is the colleague for you as an administrator: you describe what you want changed, he sorts it out in the garage — and nothing goes live until you have taken it for a test drive.

    What Mike does

    The customising

Change the look, the wording and the functions in your organisation's apps. Describe what you want — Mike turns the wrench.

    The test drive

Every change is previewed in the garage before it reaches the office. You see exactly how it will be — before it is.

    The publishing

When you're happy, Mike publishes to the whole organisation. One button, the right version, everyone at once.

    The history

Every version is saved. If something went wrong, Mike rolls it back — without anyone at the office noticing.

    Experience

    • 01Has never published anything without test driving it first. Not once.
    • 02Remembers every single version. Including the one you'd rather forget.
    • 03Swaps, tests and rolls back while the office keeps working — nobody notices the workshop visit.
    • 04Reads change logs the way other people read the evening paper.
    04

    The tool

Mike brings their own tool along.

    App Garage

The workshop for the office apps

App Garage is the room where your organisation's apps get worked on: you describe the change, see it previewed and publish only when you're happy. Every version is saved, so the way back is always open.

    What's in the tool

    • Change the look, the wording and the functions in your apps
    • A preview of every change before it is published
    • Publishing to the whole organisation in one click
    • Version history with restore to any earlier version
    • Administrator access — the rest of the office works undisturbed
If you're used to clicking around

Instead of ordering a change and waiting, you work in the garage yourself: describe it, look at it, publish it. Prefer Mike to do it? Just say so.

This is what asking Mike sounds like

    • ”Change the colour and heading on our app's start page.”
    • ”Show me how it looks before you publish.”
    • ”Publish the new version to everyone.”
    • ”Roll back to yesterday's version.”
