    1. Acceptance of Terms

    By accessing or using the Beeable platform ("Service"), operated by Witnium Technologies AB, org. no. 559416-7453 ("Company", "we", "us"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not use the Service. These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User", "you") and the Company. We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated via email or in-app notification at least 30 days prior to taking effect.

    2. Description of Service

    Beeable is an AI-powered expert bot platform designed for businesses. The Service includes, but is not limited to: • Expert bot creation with tailored knowledge and persona • File management and hierarchical document organization • Workspaces for defining context and data sources • Real-time chat with streaming and full context • Team collaboration and role-based access The Service is provided "as is" and "as available". We continuously improve and may modify, suspend, or discontinue features with reasonable notice.

    3. Account Registration & Security

    To use certain features, you must create an account by providing accurate and complete information. You are responsible for: • Maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. • All activities that occur under your account. • Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized use at admin@witnium.com. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms. You may delete your account at any time. Upon deletion, your data will be permanently removed within 30 days, except where retention is required by law.

    4. AI-Generated Content & Disclaimer

    The Service uses artificial intelligence to generate content including bot responses, documents, and analyses. • AI-generated content is provided for informational and productivity purposes only. • It does not constitute legal, financial, tax, or professional advice. • You are solely responsible for reviewing and approving all AI-generated content before use. • We make no warranties regarding the accuracy or completeness of AI-generated content.

    5. Intellectual Property

    You retain full ownership of all data, content, and materials you upload or create through the Service. We claim no intellectual property rights over your content. The Service, including its design, features, code, and trademarks (including Beeable™), are owned by the Company and protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

    6. Limitation of Liability

    To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the Company shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages. Our total aggregate liability shall not exceed the total amount paid by you in the twelve months preceding the claim.

    7. Governing Law

    These Terms are governed by Swedish law. Any dispute shall be settled by the competent courts of Sweden, with Stockholm District Court as the court of first instance. For consumers within the EU, nothing in these Terms limits your rights under mandatory consumer protection legislation.
