This Privacy Policy describes how we collect, use, store, and protect your personal information when you use the Beeable platform ("Service") in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (EU 2016/679, "GDPR") and applicable Swedish data protection legislation.

    3. Data We Collect

    Account Data: Email address, name, and company name. Usage Data: Feature usage patterns (anonymized), session duration, device type and browser information. Technical Data: IP address (temporarily for security), authentication tokens, error logs. We do NOT collect: Biometric data, location data, social media profiles, or data from advertising networks.

    4. How We Use Your Data

    • Creating and maintaining your account • Providing AI-powered bot functionality • Sending transactional emails (confirmations, password resets) • Analyzing anonymized usage patterns for service improvement • Detecting and preventing unauthorized access

    5. Data Storage & Retention

    All primary data is stored within the EU/EEA. Active account data is retained for the duration of your account plus 30 days after deletion. Payment records are retained for 7 years per Swedish bookkeeping law.

    6. Your Rights Under GDPR

    You have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict, and port your data. You may withdraw consent at any time. You may file a complaint with the Swedish Authority for Privacy Protection (IMY) at www.imy.se. To exercise any of these rights, contact us at admin@witnium.com.

    7. Cookies

    We use only strictly necessary cookies for authentication and session management. We do not use advertising, tracking, or third-party cookies.

    8. Security

    We implement TLS 1.3 encryption for data in transit, AES-256 for data at rest, Row-Level Security for data isolation, and 72-hour breach notification per GDPR Art. 33.
